BIM- Structural Engineer

KEY Responsibilities:
✓ Develop and manage 3D BIM structural models at different Levels of Development (LOD 100–500).
✓ Prepare structural drawings, reinforcement detailing, and construction documentation from BIM models.
✓ Coordinate structural models with architecture, MEP, and other trades to ensure clash-free integration.
✓ Perform clash detection, model audits, and quality checks using Navisworks or equivalent software.

Required Skills & Qualification:
➢ Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent.
➢ Minimum 3-6 years of experience in BIM for structural projects.
➢ Proficiency in Revit Structure, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other BIM software.
➢ Knowledge of structural design codes, detailing standards, and construction practices.
➢ Experience with BIM 360, Tekla Structures, or other advanced structural BIM tools (preferred).
➢ Familiarity with BIM standards such as ISO 19650, PAS 1192, and AIA guidelines.
➢ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
