Qualification:Diploma/ B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Experience: Minimum 7 to 8 yrs. worked as a Mechanical Head or relevent position.

Responsibilities:

✧ Team Management:
– Lead and manage a team of engineers, supervisors, and technicians
– Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to team members

✧ Operations:
– Oversee daily mechanical operations, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades
– Ensure equipment and machinery are functioning efficiently and safely

✧ Project Management:
– Plan, execute, and monitor mechanical projects, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence
– Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders

✧Maintenance and Reliability:
– Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules
– Identify and address reliability issues, implementing corrective actions

✧Safety and Compliance:
– Ensure compliance with safety regulations, standards, and company policies
– Promote a safety-first culture within the team

✧Budgeting and Cost Control:
– Prepare and manage departmental budgets
– Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement initiatives

✧Vendor Management:
– Coordinate with external vendors and contractors
– Ensure quality and timely delivery of services and materials

✧Continuous Improvement:
– Identify areas for process improvement
– Implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity
